Here’s a stream of the 911 call from Jackson’s LA home. The call confirms there was a doctor at the scene – and he was the only one to witness Jackson’s collapse.

A few days later, a document that appeared to be Michael Jackson’s leaked autopsy report supplied grim details about the physical state of the singer when he passed away.

Unconfirmed reports suggest that Michael Jackson’s death may have been caused by Demerol – a powerful drug similar to morphine. The Sun Newspaper in Britain: “An emergency room source at UCLA hospital said Jackson aides told medics he had collapsed after an injection of potent Demerol.”

Michael Jackson died of a cardiac arrest on June 25, 2009. The LA Times confirmed the singer’s death soon after premature, unconfirmed reports from gossip blog TMZ.  Latoya Jackson was reported to be in the emergency room with her brother.
