Carrie Underwood’s flapping red dress engulfed the stage at the 2009 Academy of Country Music awards in Las Vegas. As dresses go, this is a show stopper. Unfortunately, the show didn’t stop.

It is currently at the country music hall of fame in Nashville. I saw it the past weekend. It is BREATHTAKING!!!!!! (Its on the 2nd floor i believe)
