Michael Jackson autopsy

(Updated – video added) Michael Jackson died of a cardiac arrest on June 25, 2009 and an autopsy was performed the following day. A few days later, a document that appeared to be Michael Jackson’s leaked autopsy report supplied grim details about the physical state of the singer when he passed away.

The report suggests Jackson’s body was wrecked by starvation, drugs and his infamous failed plastic surgeries.  He also bore the marks of a recent fall. He died in a wig, and was almost completely bald at the time of his death. He weighed 112 pounds, had no food but plenty of pills in his stomach and his arms and legs were scarred by needle marks.

On the day of his brother’s death, Jermaine Jackson made a statement for the Jackson family: “We believe he suffered a cardiac arrest at his home, however the cause of his death is unknown until the results of the autopsy are known. The personal physician who was with him at the time attempted to resuscitated him.” On June 29, Joe Jackson gave a bizarre interview to CNN about Jackson’s death.

Speculation focused on Jackson’s confessed long-term use of prescription drugs and the rumors that his personal doctor, Conrad Robert Murray, had given the singer a shot of the morphine-like drug Demerol shortly before his passing.

On June 26, authorities released the emergency 911 call from Michael Jackson’s home.

This video confirms the Jackson autopsy is complete.  The cause of death was deferred until other tests were conducted. The spokesman predicted their would be no cause of death decision made.
