Off-duty police officer Omar Edwards was shot and killed by a plain clothes cop. Edwards was pursuing a car thief with his gun drawn when he was spotted by three other plain clothes cops. One of the officers fired six times, hitting Edwards twice. It’s not clear whether a warning was issued.
