Octuplet mom Nadya Suleman spoke to Ann Curry on the Today show. Suleman revealed she had six embryos implanted and said: “I wanted them all transferred. Those are my children, and that’s what was available and I used them. So, I took a risk. It’s a gamble. It always is.”
Suleman is reported to interested in a career as a television childcare expert and was reportedly seeking $2 million for media interviews and sponsorships. She hired a PR firm to help. NBC aired the first part of the interview on February 5 and will show the rest in installments the following week.
Suleman is 33-year-old single, unemployed and facing increasing criticism for her decision to have more children when she already had six.
